We are looking for a candidate for the EMEA Commercial team.

Director Marketing EMEA (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage the EMEA marketing strategy with clearly defined growth priorities, and ensure regional implementation in line with global guidelines
  • Identify market-specific requirements based on in-depth market and competitive analyses, and translate these into concrete actions
  • Strengthening marketing as a growth driver through close collaboration with Sales and taking responsibility for increasing revenue and market penetration
  • Responsibility for the EMEA portfolio and go-to-market strategy, including prioritization, lifecycle management, and the successful launch of solutions
  • Interface management with global functions, particularly in the co-creation of product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
  • Leading and developing the EMEA Marketing organization, as well as establishing clear structures, responsibilities, and competencies
  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales and Service and Communications
  • Establishing data-driven management, including performance monitoring, ROI assessment, and continuous optimization of initiatives

Your Skills


  • A master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Several years of leadership experience in an international marketing environment, ideally in medical technology or a related industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies and go-to-market concepts
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills, with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in international and interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good written and spoken English
